Official salary: with the official salary depending on the length of service from 72 558 to 85 477 tenge

Qualification requirements for contest participants: Higher education in social Sciences and business (Finance, Economics, accounting and audit).

Functional responsibilities:

- organization of preparation of reports for meetings of the Department of education on financing and implementation of economic plans;

- preparation of proposals for the formation of the city budget and financing of subordinate educational institutions;

- formation of an indicative plan;

- organization and conduct of public procurement;

- representation of the financial Affairs Department of the Department of education in state bodies and other organizations;

- making proposals and monitoring their activities in the field of improving the quality of education;

- organization and preparation of works on capital repairs, construction, strengthening of the energy material and technical base;

- monitoring the implementation of state programs;

- DBM monitoring;

- monitoring the quality of public services of the Department;

- Consideration of complaints, letters and reports of subordinate institutions and citizens on issues of labor and financing of educational institutions.

The Department of education of the city of Uralsk accepts the following documents for filling a vacant position within seven working days from the date of publication of the ad:

Application for participation in the competition with a list of attached documents;
a copy of the identity document;
Completed personal personnel registration form (with the address of the actual place of residence and contact phone numbers;
a copy of the education document in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;
a copy of the document confirming employment;
health certificate on form 086u;
certificate of the presence or absence of information about the Commission of a corruption crime;
copies of documents on professional development, awarding of academic degrees and titles, scientific publications (if applicable);
recommendations from the management of the previous place of work.
Copies of documents submitted for participation in the Competition are certified by the personnel service from the place of work or responsible employees of the educational organization and stamped.

The competition consists of the following stages:

1) qualification assessment of contest participants;

2) conducting interviews with candidates;

3) summing up the results of the competition.
